01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and ph955 ("ph955," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the ph955 online gaming platform, website, mobile application, software, content, and all related services (collectively, the "Platform") available at ph955.net.

Your continued use of the Platform following any modification to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. ph955 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. We will notify registered Players of material changes via email or through a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference and form part of the overall agreement between you and ph955.

02 Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register and use the ph955 Platform. This minimum age requirement is consistent with the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) regulatory framework governing casino-style online gaming in the Philippines. ph955 strictly prohibits use of the Platform by individuals under 21 years of age.

ph955 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory age verification documentation will result in the suspension or closure of your account and forfeiture of any bonus funds held therein. Real-money winnings generated prior to failed age verification will be held pending satisfactory verification or returned to the deposit source.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility

The ph955 Platform is intended for use by persons physically located in jurisdictions where online gaming is not prohibited. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of the Platform complies with applicable laws in your jurisdiction. ph955 does not make any representation that the Platform is appropriate or lawful for use in any particular location outside the Philippines.

2.3 Registration Requirements

To access real-money gaming services on ph955, you must complete the registration process and provide accurate, current, and complete information, including but not limited to:

• Your full legal name as it appears on a government-issued identification document
• Your date of birth
• A valid and active email address that you own and control
• A valid Philippine mobile number
• Your residential address within the Philippines

You agree to promptly update your account information to keep it accurate, complete, and current. ph955 may reject any registration application at its sole discretion without being required to provide a reason for such rejection.

2.4 One Account Policy

Each individual Player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on the ph955 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods, devices, or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited. Upon discovery of duplicate accounts, ph955 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, cancel pending withdrawals, and void any bonuses or winnings accumulated across those accounts.

03 Account Responsibilities

3.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ph955 account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) sent to your registered mobile number. You must not share your login credentials with any third party, nor permit any other person to access or use your ph955 account.

ph955 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials. You must notify ph955 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your account.

3.2 KYC Verification

In compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and PAGCOR requirements, ph955 requires all Players to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process before processing their first withdrawal. KYC verification requires submission of:

• A valid, government-issued photo identification (e.g., PhilSys ID, passport, driver's licence, UMID, SSS/GSIS card, voter's ID)
• Proof of residential address issued within the last three (3) months (e.g., utility bill, bank statement)
• A selfie photograph holding the submitted identification document

ph955 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time as part of ongoing AML monitoring. Accounts that fail to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by ph955 may have withdrawal functionality restricted.

3.3 Account Currency

All ph955 accounts are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). All deposits, withdrawals, wagers, winnings, and bonus amounts displayed on the Platform are expressed in Philippine Peso unless explicitly stated otherwise.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

ph955 accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to Philippine-based Players: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), QR Ph, GrabPay, InstaPay, PesoNet, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. ph955 does not charge transaction fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own charges, for which ph955 accepts no responsibility.

Deposits must be made using a payment account registered in your own name. ph955 prohibits deposits made using payment accounts belonging to third parties. Any third-party deposit detected may result in the deposit being reversed and the associated account being suspended pending investigation.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed by ph955 to the same payment method used for the Player's most recent deposit, or to an alternative verified payment method registered in the Player's name. Withdrawals to unverified or third-party payment accounts are not permitted.

ph955 targets same-business-day processing for withdrawal requests submitted before 17:00 PHT on business days. Actual receipt of funds is subject to your payment provider's processing timelines, over which ph955 has no control. ph955 does not charge withdrawal fees on standard transactions.

ph955 reserves the right to carry out enhanced due diligence checks on withdrawal requests of any amount if deemed necessary for AML compliance or fraud prevention purposes. In such cases, processing may be delayed until the checks are completed to ph955's satisfaction.

4.3 Unclaimed Balances

Account balances remaining in an inactive ph955 account (defined as an account with no login or transaction for a consecutive period of twelve (12) months) may be subject to an inactivity administration fee of ₱100 per month, deducted from the account balance, following written notice to the Player's registered email address. Players are encouraged to withdraw unused balances before going inactive.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

ph955 offers various promotional bonuses including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and refer-a-friend rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published on the relevant promotional page at the time of the offer, in addition to the general bonus terms set out herein.

5.1 Wagering Requirements

Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific promotional terms, all bonuses awarded by ph955 are subject to a wagering requirement that must be satisfied in full before any portion of the bonus or bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible game contributions, maximum bet limit per round while a bonus is active, and the expiry period will be specified in each promotion's individual terms.

5.2 Bonus Abuse

ph955 reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim bonus funds and any associated winnings where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a Player is exploiting or abusing the bonus system, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once, wagering in a manner designed to exploit bonus terms with minimal risk (e.g., through arbitrage), or providing false information at the time of registration or during a promotional claim.

5.3 Modification and Withdrawal of Promotions

ph955 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that changes will not adversely affect the position of Players who have already opted into a promotion and are actively meeting the relevant wagering requirements at the time of any such change.

06 Gaming Rules

All games available on the ph955 Platform — including live casino games (baccarat, dragon tiger, roulette, blackjack, sic bo), JILI and third-party slot machines, bingo rooms, and table games — are governed by the individual game rules published within each game interface, as well as the overarching terms set out herein.

In the event of a discrepancy between a game result displayed on your device and the result recorded on ph955's server, the server-side record shall be the definitive record for settlement purposes. ph955's decision on any disputed game outcome is final, subject to the dispute resolution process described in Section 14.

ph955 reserves the right to void bets or reverse settlements in the event of a manifest technical error, software malfunction, or clearly erroneous odds or payout configuration. Winnings generated as a direct result of such errors are not considered valid and will not be paid out.

07 Sports Betting

ph955 offers sports betting markets covering PBA, NBA, UFC, international football, boxing, badminton, and other sporting events. All sports bets are subject to the ph955 Sports Betting Rules, which are published separately and form part of these Terms by reference.

ph955 reserves the right to restrict maximum stake amounts on any market, suspend any market prior to event commencement, or void any bet where there is evidence of irregular betting patterns, insider information, or match manipulation. Bets placed on suspended markets will be voided and stakes returned.

In-play betting markets are offered subject to availability and may be suspended or closed at any time during an event at the discretion of ph955's trading team. ph955 accepts no liability for delays in the live data feeds used to power in-play markets.

08 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ph955 Platform:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform in a way not authorised by ph955
• Engaging in collusion with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors — any such exploit must be reported to ph955 support immediately
• Engaging in arbitrage betting or any structured betting pattern designed to guarantee a risk-free return
• Using the Platform to launder money or engage in any activity that violates applicable AML or counter-terrorism financing laws
• Registering on behalf of another person or allowing a third party to operate your account
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information at any point during your use of the Platform
• Engaging in any form of fraudulent payment activity, including chargebacks made in bad faith
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing ph955 staff or other Players through any communication channel

ph955 reserves the right to immediately terminate any account found to be engaged in prohibited conduct, forfeit all associated balances including real-money funds where fraudulent activity is established, and report such conduct to the relevant Philippine law enforcement authorities where legally required.

09 Intellectual Property

All content on the ph955 Platform, including but not limited to the ph955 brand name and logo, website design, software, text, graphics, game assets, audio, video, and user interface elements, is the exclusive intellectual property of ph955 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the ph955 Platform without the prior written consent of ph955.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ph955 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, or computer or system damage, even if ph955 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

ph955's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your ph955 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The ph955 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. ph955 makes no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components, and ph955 does not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for purpose of any content on the Platform.

11 Responsible Gaming

ph955 strongly encourages all Players to engage with the Platform responsibly. Gambling is intended to be an entertaining activity and should never be treated as a means of generating income, solving financial problems, or compensating for losses previously incurred.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered Players directly within their account settings, at any time:

• Deposit Limits — Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your ph955 account
• Session Time Reminders — Configure alerts that notify you when you have been actively playing for a specified duration
• Cooling-Off Period — Temporarily suspend your account for a period of your choosing (24 hours to 6 weeks)
• Self-Exclusion — Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the ph955 Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the specified exclusion period
• Reality Checks — Receive periodic on-screen summaries of your gaming session, including time spent and net result

ph955 complies with the responsible gaming requirements of the PAGCOR regulatory framework, including obligations relating to the identification of problem gambling behaviour and the provision of player protection tools.

12 Privacy & Data Protection

ph955 collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is available at ph955.net/privacy-policy and is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering on the ph955 Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

ph955 processes personal data for the purposes of account management, KYC verification, AML compliance, fraud prevention, service improvement, and where applicable, direct marketing communications. You may opt out of direct marketing communications at any time through your account settings or by contacting support.

13 Termination

ph955 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if ph955 determines in its reasonable discretion that:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms
• You have engaged in any prohibited conduct as described in Section 8
• You have failed to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe
• Continued operation of your account presents a regulatory, legal, or reputational risk to ph955
• You have requested account closure directly

Upon termination of your account for reasons other than a verified breach of these Terms, any verified real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. Bonus balances and bonus-derived winnings that have not yet met the applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure regardless of the reason for closure.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

In the event of a dispute between you and ph955, you should first contact the ph955 Player Support team via live chat or by email at [email protected], providing a clear description of the issue, the relevant date and time, and any supporting evidence. ph955 commits to acknowledging all formal disputes within two (2) business days and issuing a reasoned response within ten (10) business days of receipt.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal complaints process, both parties agree to submit the matter to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.

15 Amendments to These Terms

ph955 reserves the right to revise these Terms at any time. The most current version of these Terms will always be published at ph955.net/terms-conditions with an updated "Last Updated" date. For material changes, ph955 will provide registered Players with at least fourteen (14) days' advance notice via the email address associated with their account prior to the updated Terms taking effect.

Your continued access to or use of the ph955 Platform after the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 13.
